How often do you service pools?
Essential Care includes one service visit each week. Premium and Elite Care include two visits each week. Elite Care also adds on-call concierge service, so we can respond between visits whenever something comes up.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas including Rio Vista, Las Olas, Victoria Park, Coral Ridge, and Harbor Beach. Contact us to confirm service availability in your neighborhood.
Do I need to be home during service?
No, you don't need to be present. Most of our clients provide gate access, and we'll complete the service while you're away. You'll receive a detailed digital report after each visit.
What if I need to skip a week?
We understand plans change. Simply contact us 48 hours in advance, and we'll adjust your schedule. However, we recommend maintaining consistent weekly service for optimal water quality.
Are chemicals included in the service price?
Yes, all necessary chemicals for routine maintenance are included in your service tier. Only specialty treatments or major chemical corrections may incur additional costs, which we'll always discuss with you first.
What happens if you spot an equipment problem?
If we notice something off with your equipment, we document it, explain what we're seeing, and give you a clear picture of the issue so you can plan your next step. We review everything with you directly so you have the information you need to decide how to proceed.
